We are looking for an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a team in Acheson. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting in January 2024.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wage: $21/hour + 4% vacation pay

While your primary role will be operating equipment, you'll also have a leadership component, overseeing key warehouse functions like order picking, shipping, and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities
- Order picking and general warehouse duties including operating sit-down forklift and material handling
- Snow removal as needed and booking maintenance people as needed
- Some overtime before shift for snow removal, shoveling for sidewalk and skid steer for parking long
- S&R: bills of lading, contact shipping companies put new companies as vendors etc.
- Maintain warehouse and ensure all inventory in the correct place
Qualifications
- Great communication skills and attention to details
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada by way of Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid Canadian work permit
- This work location is not transit accessible and your own transportation is a must
- 3-5 years warehouse work experience
- At least 2 years work experience in operating a sit-down counter balance forklift
- Experience in operating skid would be an asset steer asset
