In this role, you will work a consistent Monday to Friday schedule starting at 7:00 AM or afternoon from 3:45 PM. As a vital part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the precise put-away and retrieval of home improvement goods, ensuring our inventory remains accurate and organized. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive, safety-first culture where every team member is valued.

Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate a Reach Truck to move home improvement products throughout the warehouse.
Execute precise put-away and retrieval of palletized goods in high-density racking systems.'
Use scanning technology to ensure all product movements are tracked correctly within the inventory system.
Support the receiving and shipping docks to ensure a smooth flow of outbound and inbound goods.
Adhere to all provincial and company health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid Reach Truck operator certification.
1–2 years of experience operating a Reach Truck in a high-rack distribution environment.
A track record of excellent attendance and a strong "team player" attitude.
Ability to work comfortably at heights and perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
A proactive approach to workplace safety and a commitment to maintaining a hazard-free environment.
