Your Impact
Command Reach Truck Equipment: Safely maneuver stand-up reach trucks through narrow warehouse corridors and into high-altitude racking systems.
Execute Order Picking: Utilize RF scanning technology to swiftly identify, verify, and pull customer orders with flawless accuracy.
Secure Logistics Transit: Professionally stack, shrink-wrap, and label pallets to ensure safe, secure, and rapid shipping preparation.
Enforce Safety & Inventory Control: Proactively clear warehouse floor hazards, audit stock levels to flag discrepancies, and maintain strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.
Who You Are
Certified Professional: Hold a valid, current forklift/reach truck license (ticket).
Experienced High-Bay Driver: Bring at least 1 year of total reach truck experience, including a minimum of 6 months specifically operating within high warehouse racking systems.
Versatile Performer: Switch effortlessly between precision machine operation and heavy manual lifting on the warehouse floor.
Detail-Focused: Demonstrate high accuracy with electronic inventory scanning technology, physical stock counts, and meticulous order sheets.
Maintain an exceptional track record of punctuality and consistent daily attendance.
Possess a valid driver’s license and your own reliable personal vehicle for daily commuting.

- Take initiative to stock, organize, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Be a reliable member of the team, working collaboratively to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Must have 6+ months of hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience with the reach truck and valid certification
- Reliable personal transportation (a car) is a strong asset as many job sites are not accessible by public transit.
- A strict commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures is non-negotiable.
- Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs as required.
