We are seeking a safety-conscious, certified Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will safely operate stand-up reach trucks to retrieve, store, and transport inventory within high-density, narrow-aisle environments, performing high-rack put-aways and general material handling.

Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (starting wage based on experience).
Shifts: Various shift timings are available.
Start Date: Immediate (ready to start right away).
Key Requirements (Must-Haves)
Transportation: Must drive and have your own reliable personal vehicle for daily commuting.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating a stand-up reach truck.
Certification: Valid, current reach truck license/ticket.
Your Daily Tasks
Precision Driving: Safely operate stand-up reach trucks in high-density, narrow-aisle environments.
High-Rack Put-Aways: Move, lift, and store heavy inventory safely onto high warehouse racking.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport products across the warehouse floor to support daily operations.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow all facility safety protocols.

Responsibilities
Safely drive stand-up reach trucks to lift, push, pull, stack, and inventory.
Load/unload trailers, palletize goods, and stage freight at loading docks.
Conduct daily pre-shift inspections (circle checks), report equipment damage, and maintain a clean warehouse floor.
Qualifications
Certification for Stand-Up Reach Truck operation.
Stand-up reach truck experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably stand and maneuver in tight, narrow-aisle spaces.
Willing to obtain steel toes boots, and proper PPE
