As a Reach Truck Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining seamless supply chain flow and driving productivity within a fast-paced environment. In this Reach Truck Operator role, approximately 90% of your time will be spent operating a Raymond Reach truck to pick orders and put away products safely. The remaining 10% involves essential warehouse support functions, including palletizing goods, cycle counting inventory, and investigating inventory stock issues. Working in the manufacturing & logistics sector demands consistent communication with supervisors and teammates to meet daily targets while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Primary daily communication for this position takes place in English, and candidates must demonstrate functional proficiency in English to safely read warehouse signs, process documentation, and follow verbal safety instructions.

Responsibilities
• Flawless and safe operation of a Raymond Reach truck to move, lift, and stack products.
• Accurate order picking and product put-away in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform manual lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Participate in inventory cycle counting, palletizing goods, and investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain consistent communication with teammates and supervisors.
• Stand, bend, and walk for up to 8 hours a shift.
• Follow all workplace health and safety protocols within the manufacturing & logistics facility.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Raymond Reach truck.
• Valid external forklift operator license (no in-house licenses accepted).
• Minimum 1 year of general warehousing experience.
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check.
• Comfortable with computer use for inventory tasks.
• Ability to perform manual lifting up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
