We are actively recruiting a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join a dynamic, safety-first logistics team. If you thrive in a steady-paced warehouse setting and are looking for a reliable Monday-to-Friday schedule with zero weekend shifts, this long-term position is built for you!

Responsibilities
- Operating reach trucks safely to transport, stack, and retrieve hardware inventory throughout the facility.
- Fulfilling daily customer orders with precision, accuracy, and speed.
- Using Fall Protection gear safely when working at elevated warehouse heights.
- Conducting pre-shift safety checks on reach equipment before operation.
- Assisting with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and general inventory organization.
- Partnering with team leads and supervisors to hit daily operational targets.
- Keeping work aisles clean and hazard-free to support high safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience safely operating a reach truck (Order Picker background is a major plus).
- An active external forklift license is preferred (hands-on experience is key).
- Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout your shift.
- Daily access to reliable transportation to the South Kitchener area.
- Strong dedication to workplace safety protocols and Fall Protection standards.
- Availability to work full-time hours on a sustained, long-term basis.
