Starting Salary: $24.00/hour, with guaranteed increases based on hours worked and performance.
Location: Oshawa, ON
Shifts Available (4 x 10-hour shifts):
Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Availability: Must be available to work any day of the week (specific rotation will be discussed during the interview).
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Operate a Reach Truck (Electric Narrow Aisle) safely and efficiently to put away and retrieve products in high racking.
Perform inbound receiving, picking, and outbound shipping tasks as required.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Accurately track inventory and complete necessary documentation using an RF scanner.

Essential: Current and valid certification/licensing to operate an Electric Narrow Aisle Reach Truck.
Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) operating a Reach Truck in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Dedication, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
•Case picking
•Cleaning up and providing general warehouse support as needed
•Operating Crown Reach forklifts, Dockstockers, walkies, and stackers
•Rotating tasks between shipping and receiving, including wrapping skids, operating dock plates, and floor scrubbers
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
•Commitment to working safely
•Experience operating various types of forklifts
•Accountable with a strong work ethic
•The ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
