Position: Reach Truck Operator
Where: Various locations across the Lower Mainland, BC
Schedule: Monday to Friday (AM & PM) or Sunday to Thursday (GY/Overnight)
Hours: Morning, Afternoon, or GY shifts
Pay Rate: $21 - $25/hour based on experience and certifications

Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate a stand-up reach truck to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
Perform order picking and put-away tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Load, unload, and stack pallets in high-bay racking systems, ensuring stability and safety.
Use a Radio Frequency (RF) scanner or other inventory management tools to track product movement and maintain accurate records.
Conduct daily pre-operational safety checks on the reach truck and report any maintenance issues or damage immediately.
Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
Comply with all OSHA and company safety standards.
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience operating a stand-up reach truck in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Valid and current reach truck operator certification.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Ability to work in narrow aisles and at heights, with a strong focus on spatial awareness.
Proficient in English with the ability to read and follow work orders, identify product SKUs, and understand safety guidelines.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
