Pay Rate: $20 - $24.50/hour based on experience and industry
Environment: Fast-paced, clean, and safe distribution centers
Growth: Temp-to-perm pathways with top-tier clients

Responsibilities
• Equipment Operation: Safely drive stand-up reach trucks to put away, retrieve, and stack pallets in high-bay racking.
• Order Processing: Pick, pack, strap, and stage orders using RF scanners.
• Shipping & Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods, and load outbound trailers.
• General Labour: Stock shelves, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, safe workstation.
Qualifications
• Valid Reach Truck Operator certification with operating experience.
• Flexibility to balance equipment operation with physical warehouse work (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Experience using RF scanners and basic computer or inventory systems.
• Reliable team players with a strong commitment to shop safety (steel-toed boots required).
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
