Location: Brantford, ON
Schedule: Wednesday, September 3rd to Friday, September 5th
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phones and direct calls to the appropriate team members
- Greet and sign in visitors at the front desk
- Receive incoming mail; distribution is not required
- Perform other light administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous front-desk or reception experience is an asset
- A professional and pleasant demeanor
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A business casual dress code is required
- The ideal candidate is comfortable with a slower-paced role
- The candidate must be comfortable with a scent-reduced environment
