Responsibilities
- Reception duties, including answering incoming phone calls and greeting/welcoming clients.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception environment.
- Offering water, tea, or coffee to clients.
- Notifying advisors when their clients have arrived.
- General front‑desk administrative support as required.
- Setting up and organizing meeting rooms.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail or courier items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience as receptionist or administrative skills
- Organizational skills, professionalism, and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Professional attire
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
