Job Type: 2 Month Contract (with possibility of extension)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 AM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23.50 - $24.00 / hour
Target Start date: July 20th

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact: Warmly meeting and greeting visitors, clients and colleagues in a professional office setting.
- Internal Access Control: Assist internal colleagues who have forgotten their access cards, managing temporary badges and ensuring security protocols are maintained.
- Walk-in & Event Support: Manage walk-in inquiries and coordinate seamlessly with on-site events to guide guests and set up necessary logistics.
- Call Handling: Manage incoming switchboard calls efficiently, routing them to the correct departments or taking accurate messages.
- Performance Metrics: Maintain a high standard of service with a target goal of a 95% call answer rate.
Qualifications
- Proven Reception Experience: Looking for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running on day one with minimal training on basic front-desk operations. (this experience must be clearly reflected on your resume).
- Project Management / Data Analysis: Experience or interest in these fields is highly valued. (preferred)
- Communication: Excellent, professional English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in all situations.
- Work Ethic: Highly reliable, detail-oriented, punctual, and an excellent multitasker.
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.
