-Warmly greet clients upon arrival and notify the appropriate team members.
-Offer and prepare coffee or water for guests; assist with hanging coats.
- Handle minor incoming mail and internal sorting as required.
- Maintain a professional and tidy reception area at all times
- Commit to completing the contract
Qualifications
-Professionalism: Polished demeanor suitable for a corporate wealth management office.
=Punctuality: Reliable attendance is critical for opening the reception desk by 8:30 AM.
-Focus: Ability to remain attentive to the front door despite low activity levels.
