Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages via MS Teams and other communication platforms
Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to a high standard
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A bubbly personality with a professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car
Summary
This is a contract position for 1 month, with the potential for extension
Candidates must be able to commute reliably to our office in Peterborough, Ontario
