We are currently looking for a Receptionist to support our client in their Saskatoon office. In this role you will work full time hours on 3 month assignment.
Work Environment: Role is 100% onsite at the Saskatoon office
8:00 am to 4 pm daily (with 30 minute unpaid lunch)

Responsibilities
Greeting clients, answer and direct calls, organize meeting room booking and events, greeting clients
Support the physical operations of the office – Coordinating maintenance, vendor management, invoice processing
Represent the firm as an ambassador for our clients in the following roles – arranging and execution of catering services, meeting room management, mailroom and café service
Perform general office maintenance and organization of meeting rooms, workstations, supply rooms, printer/copier areas
Qualifications
work experience in customer service, hospitality, or a facilities environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and a task-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach
A professional demeanor
Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
