Responsibilities
- Provide temporary reception and workplace support coverage for the Vancouver office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, vendors, and guests.
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, managing check-ins, and answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Monitor and respond to Slack requests, workplace support channels, and employee inquiries in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Coordinate meeting room support, office logistics, and day-to-day workplace operations to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Receive, track, and distribute packages, mail, and deliveries, while coordinating vendor and visitor access to the site.
- Support onsite events and meetings by assisting with setup, coordination, and general workplace needs.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Monitor workplace and facilities-related issues, escalating concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Follow established site procedures, reception protocols, and workplace playbooks to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Partner closely with the onsite Workplace team to provide seamless front desk coverage and responsive workplace support throughout the assignment.
- Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
Client service, communication skills, working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office Suite (Word, excel)
