Job title: Receptionist/Admin
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Payrate: $23.11/h
Duration: 11 months
Advantages
- 11 month contract (Potential of extension/conversion)

- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service while greeting visitors, enforcing badge protocols, and directing multi-line phone calls.
Maintain files, manage office records, schedule conference rooms, and set up key meetings.
Perform data entry and general administrative tasks, including mail processing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
Qualifications
Proven experience delivering top-tier service in a client environment.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Windows navigation.
Ability to multitask independently, follow complex instructions, and physically lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalency (Education Verification required).
Strong communicaiton skills, polished, polite clear speaker, proessional in apperance - artist of first impressions
