Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, staff, and visitors; manage multi-line switchboard and relay messages
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and office supply orders
- Support meeting logistics, including room setup, catering, and online call assistance
- Maintain reception area, kitchens, and meeting rooms to a high standard
- Assist with general admin tasks such as data entry, timesheets, and document prep
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with switchboard phones
- Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
- Able to adapt quickly and support various office needs
- Available for the full 3-week assignment
