Responsibilities
Pull medical files from storage cartons and accurately enter required data fields into the system database
Maintain a high level of keystroke speed and accuracy verified through a double-key process
Retrieve, lift, and carry document cartons (weighing 30–50 lbs) between pallets and the workstation
Return completed files and cartons to designated storage areas safely
Ensure proper organization and records handling in compliance with client protocols
Qualifications
High proficiency in data entry with a target speed of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) and near-100% accuracy
Ability to lift, lower, and carry cartons weighing between 30 and 50 lbs up to 20 feet periodically
ASTM F2413-11 compliant protective safety-toe footwear with a slip-resistant rating of "Better or Best"
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent productivity throughout the day
High school diploma or equivalent experience in a records management or office setting
