Job Title: Record Center Specialist
Location: Hamilton, ON (Bus Accessible / Free Parking)
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week) with opportunities for extension or permanency
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Responsibilities
Pull boxes from shelves using a manual paper list, retrieve requested confidential files, and return boxes safely to their designated shelf locations.
Manually and accurately enter file information into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Print work orders and prepare necessary paperwork for daily deliveries.
Process incoming and outgoing orders using wireless scanning technology. Safely prepare materials, tapes, and boxes for secure transport.
Assist transportation specialists with loading and unloading company vehicles. Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience working in a warehouse, order picking, or logistics environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Teams and Outlook) are an asset.
Must be in excellent physical shape and comfortable performing repetitive heavy lifting (boxes and materials weighing 50 to 60 lbs).
Ability to handle constant movement, lots of walking, and standing for long periods.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be willing to pass a standard background check .
Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
