This is a highly physical, labor-intensive role. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
Security Clearance: Must successfully pass a Reliability Status clearance prior to your start date.
Heavy Lifting: Ability to regularly and safely lift and move boxes/totes weighing 10 lbs to over 100 lbs without assistance.
Physical Stamina: Comfort with continuous walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders on concrete surfaces.
Material Handling: Ability to safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and shrink-wrap pallets.
Communication & Tech: Ability to read/write English fluently and operate a handheld inventory scanner.

Responsibilities
Heavy Lifting: Regularly and safely lifting, carrying, moving, and arranging boxes and totes weighing anywhere from 10 lbs to over 100 lbs without assistance.
Constant Movement: Walking, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and reaching for extended periods on concrete or uneven surfaces.
Climbing: Comfortable climbing and balancing on ladders to reach inventory.
Material Handling: Loading, operating, and maneuvering hand carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
Pallet Prep: Manually loading boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrapping them at ground level or on carts, and loading pallets onto delivery trucks.
Qualifications
Clearance: Must successfully obtain/pass a Reliability Status security clearance prior to your start date.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently to process orders, read labels, and maintain accuracy.
Tech Comfort: Ability to operate a handheld scanner and learn our proprietary computer tracking system to locate inventory.
Safety First Mindset: A strong commitment to workplace safety rules, proper lifting techniques, and teamwork.
