As a Record Center Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing incoming and outgoing orders. You will handle storage materials, manage inventory placement, and ensure items are safely loaded and tracked across the facility.

Standard full-time schedule (5 days/week, 9 hours/day including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing orders for materials, binders, files, and records
Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes and totes weighing 24 lbs up to 100 lbs regularly without assistance
Move items manually and safely operate material handling equipment such as hand carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
Load, unload, and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts
Use a handheld scanner and specialized inventory systems to track orders and locate items
Navigate facility inclines, stairs, ladder climbs, and uneven surfaces
Qualifications
Ability to perform demanding physical labor (frequent kneeling, stooping, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods)
Capability to lift up to 100 lbs continuously without assistance
Basic digital literacy to operate handheld scanners and tracking software
Prior experience operating material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks)
Strong reading and writing comprehension skills for handling order processing and labels
