Responsibilities
• Act as a Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio.
• Manage the planning, assessment, and supply aspects of the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines effectively to meet turnover and future needs.
• Provide shortlists of screened candidates, leveraging the enterprise hiring system.
• Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience.

• Manage relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs, TD Businesses, and other Talent Acquisition teams.
• Provide market insights and support to TA programs.

• Participate in and organize recruitment events.
• Represent TD in various recruitment functions.
• Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLAs.

• Conduct internal and external research projects; prepare and deliver presentations.
• Contribute to special initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Stay abreast of emerging issues and regulatory requirements in recruitment.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience with proactive sourcing and headhunting.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
• Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree (HR preferred).
