Responsibilities
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for warehouse and logistics positions
-Conduct mass recruitment (high volume, continuous)
-Collaborate closely with hiring managers
-Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
-Follow up with candidates and maintain ongoing communication
-Utilize ADP software
-Maintain and update data in Excel (an essential daily tool)
-Participate in improving recruitment processes
Qualifications
Qualifications
-3 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume recruitment
-Experience in a supply chain, warehouse, or transportation environment is an asset
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
-Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
-Academic background in HR (Human Resources) is an asset
