Responsibilities
Conducting phone screens and first-round interviews
Reviewing and shortlisting incoming applications
Coordinating with hiring managers to align on job requirements
Managing candidate pipelines and updating applicant tracking systems
Providing timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process
Supporting recruitment initiatives and helping to meet staffing goals
Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in multiple roles or industries
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Comfortable with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and remote communication tools
Available to commit for the full month with flexibility for potential extension
