Responsibilities
- Creates an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values.
- Utilises global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies
- Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process
- Builds and maintains manageable talent pools in software systems
- Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
- Fosters and managers effective relations with stakeholders within the country organisation to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations
- Integrates the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry
- Communicating effectively in verbal and written communication. Fluency in English is a must. Preference will go to applicants who are bilingual (English & French).
- Building virtual collaborative relationships to facilitate current objectives
- Acting without needing direction from others – ability to work independently, take initiatives and responsibility, but also a team-player
- Knowledge of hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment
- Knowledge of identifying, assessing, selecting and hiring suitable candidates for a job.
- Knowledge of candidate behaviours and labour market trends
- Knowledge of interview techniques to assess candidates
- Knowledge of corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
