Responsibilities
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities using Greenhouse (ATS) and Workday, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate progression, and coordinating interviewers.
Maintain updated recruitment and interview documentation.
Ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency within the Vancouver office, including office upkeep and supply management.
Assist in coordinating team and office events. Support on/off-boarding of employees, interns, and contractors.
Contribute to implementing operational improvements to streamline procedures.
Qualifications
Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or relevant experience.
1-2 years of relevant office or recruitment coordination experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Experience working in a fast-paced, growing global company.
Proficiency in Workday, Outlook, and Greenhouse.
