Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential client companies within target industries and share with your account manager
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
Consultative Sales: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering market insights, salary benchmarks, and strategic hiring advice.
Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreements with new and existing clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial job brief to offer acceptance and onboarding follow-up.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, passive candidate outreach) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews (phone, video, in-person) to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Candidate Presentation: Prepare compelling candidate summaries and present qualified candidates to clients.
Offer Management: Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful placement.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with candidates, providing ongoing communication, feedback, and career guidance.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in a target-driven sales environment
Previous experience in a recruitment agency setting is highly preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong transferable sales skills.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with both clients and candidates.
Goal-Oriented: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, learn from setbacks, and maintain a positive attitude.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM/ATS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
