In this dynamic position, you will support high-volume recruitment operations across North America. Operating in a mostly remote setup with just 3 days per month on-site for team collaboration, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless candidate experience from offer creation through to Day 1 onboarding.

Responsibilities
Generate, issue, and track high-volume offer letters (~30 per week) with speed and accuracy.
Monitor offer signatures and manage rapid turnarounds (re-issuing offers to secondary candidates when necessary).
Initiate, track, and follow up on candidate pre-employment background checks (criminal and credit checks).
Maintain continuous, proactive communication with candidates from offer stage through to their first day on the job.
Partner with TA Managers, Recruiters, and TA Operations to ensure smooth onboarding workflows across North America.
Update and maintain candidate tracking records in enterprise systems.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative or operational experience; prior exposure to Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is strongly preferred.
Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience or familiarity with enterprise HRIS and background check tools (such as Workday, HireRight, Mintz, or similar platforms) is a major asset.
Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken).

Proactive, articulate, and friendly communication style.
Strong team-player attitude — vocal, helpful, and eager to collaborate with teammates.
