Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Hybrid Mode: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Location: Vancouver, BC
Standard (9-5 PST) hours, flexible between 8-4:30
Advantages
Pay Rate: $21 - $33/hour (based on experience)
Location: Vancouver, BC
Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Contract: 12 months (with a strong possibility of extension)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours (e.g., 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST)
Responsibilities
As the backbone of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the recruitment team with interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
- Managing the candidate assessment process (sending, tracking, and distributing results) for high-volume roles.
- Ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date in our tracking system (Workday).
- Participating in process improvements to guarantee a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role requiring a high degree of organization. (Recent graduates with relevant co-op/internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Language: Fluent English (essential).
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal).
- Exceptional organizational skills: Strong time management, process management, and the ability to handle a high-volume workload
