Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process (job postings, pre-screen interviews, background checks, and hiring) while maintaining an active talent pipeline.
Occasional Site Support: Represent Randstad during client site visits, engage with talent on the floor, and step into a Site Coordinator role when required.
Administration & Compliance: Meticulously track legal documents (e.g., visa expiries), conduct weekly payroll audits, and manage employee records.
Qualifications
Education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree. Education in HR is an asset.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in fast-paced, client facing roles.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in English with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Communication: Proven interpersonal and presentation skills to build cross-functional relationships and provide clear guidance to candidates.
Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze information effectively to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Project Management: Good organizational skills to prioritize activities, manage resources, and track project timelines effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of recruitment trends, technologies, and staffing/employment practices.
Flexibility: Must be flexible with schedule and work location to meet the evolving needs of the client and the business.
Summary
This is a contract-to-perm role, which means there is possibility of long term employment based on your performance and the client's needs.
