Execute full-lifecycle recruitment for a high volume of pharmacy requisitions across regional locations.
Sourcing and building active candidate pipelines for key roles, including:
Staff Pharmacist & Relief Pharmacist
Pharmacy Manager, Assistant Pharmacy Manager & Relief Assistant Manager
Registered Pharmacy Technician
Pharmacy Assistant & Pharmacy Student
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized networks, and headhunting tactics to engage passive talent.
Conduct initial phone screenings, assess clinical/technical qualifications, and coordinate interviewing schedules.
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on talent needs, share market insights, and expedite time-to-fill.
Oversee offer extensions, pre-employment checks, and onboarding coordination.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare, pharmacy, or retail recruitment preferred).
Sourcing Capability: Proven mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced boolean search techniques to find passive candidates.
Language Skills: Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset / nice to have.
Mindset: Highly motivated self-starter who isn't afraid to cold-outreach, manage high volume, and hit the ground running on day one.
Availability: Able to start work within 2 weeks of offer acceptance and commit to 3 days/week on-site attendance.
