With a strong unionized workforce and a focus on safety, training, and long-term career growth, they are hiring Red Seal Electricians for their Integrated Mining team.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Environment: Unionized
Location: Fly-in / Fly-out rotational work to mining sites in BC and the Yukon
Travel: Extensive travel across Alberta and the Northwest Territories
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off OR 14 days on / 14 days off (Continuous rotation, subject to collective agreement)
Compensation: $54/hour

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heavy electrical systems and power generation equipment
- Perform electrical servicing on ultra-class Caterpillar mining equipment and related machinery
- Travel to multiple mine sites in BC and Yukon as part of a remote support team
- Work independently and safely in rugged, remote, and dynamic conditions
- Complete all required documentation and collaborate with technicians and supervisors as needed
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- Journeyperson Electrician Certification (Red Seal preferred)
- FSR A or B credential is a strong asset
- Experience with power generation systems or generator rebuilds is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude or dual trade experience (e.g. Heavy Equipment Technician) is beneficial
- Valid driver's license with clean abstract
- Ability to work independently in safety-critical environments
- Fit-tested respirator use may be required
