In this role, you will be the primary engine for executing demand generation and field marketing programs across Canada, with potential expansion into LATAM markets. You will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, working closely with sales teams and agency partners to drive pipeline velocity and new logo acquisition.

Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Deploy and optimize end-to-end regional marketing programs, including virtual/in-person events, sponsorships, and paid media.
Sales Partnership: Act as a conduit for the Canadian sales organization, delivering customized pipeline generation programs and ensuring a "no lead left behind" follow-up strategy.
Event Management: Lead localized execution for experiential marketing, including partner breakfasts, user groups, and booth space at major industry events.
Agency Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor agencies to ensure deliverables meet regional standards and timelines.
Performance Tracking: Manage the regional marketing budget and provide hard metrics regarding ROI, opportunity creation, and pipeline impact to leadership.
Strategic Alignment: Adapt global brand assets for the Canadian market, ensuring all content resonates with local nuances and business environments.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in regional, field, or demand generation marketing, specifically within the B2B SaaS or software industry.
Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Canadian market is required (familiarity with the Canadian Public Sector landscape is a significant plus).
Event Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing small-to-mid-sized events, sponsorships, and partner-led marketing activities.
Proven Results: Ability to provide specific examples of how your marketing programs directly impacted sales pipeline and revenue.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in marketing automation, CRM, and business intelligence tools.
Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with remote global teams and communicate complex performance data to executives.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% for onsite event support as needed.
