Responsibilities
* Lead and support a regional team to drive strong performance, alignment, and results.
* Focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
* Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high standards across the region.
* Monitor performance trends and implement initiatives to improve outcomes and meet targets.
Qualifications
* Extensive Sales & BD Experience with a bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of business development experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing large clients in the storage solutions industry.
* Strategic Leadership experience with proven ability to lead change, identifies challenges proactively, and implements effective strategies in a dynamic business environment.
* Proven success in developing and maintaining customer relationships, including experience with proposals, contracts, and complex negotiations.
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
