Lead, mentor, and coach pharmacy managers across multiple sites
Oversee regional performance metrics, audits, and quality improvement
Champion innovation and help roll out strategic programs across locations
Serve as the key escalation point for operational challenges and team issues
Drive team engagement and development across all regions
Maintain oversight of regulatory compliance and best practices
Qualifications
Regional Specialty Pharmacy Manager, Eastern Canada - GTA or ATL Canada Based - Healthcare
Licensed Pharmacist in Canada
7+ years of pharmacy experience with 3+ years of multi-site leadership required
Specialty pharmacy experience is required
Strong executive presence and strategic communication skills
Demonstrated success leading change and scaling operations
Able to travel quarterly to various pharmacy sites across Eastern Canada
