Responsibilities

🔹 Take Charge of the Dispensary (60-70%) — Oversee the full dispensing process, including medication preparation, ensuring accuracy, and maximizing your full scope of practice to provide high-quality care
🔹 Coach & Mentor Pharmacy Assistants (20-30%) — Support the training of new Pharmacy Assistants (PAs), provide constructive feedback, and help lead new processes to improve efficiency and team performance
🔹 Support PA with Transfer Calls (5-10%) — Step in to assist with transfer calls when needed, ensuring smooth communication and patient care
🔹 Collaborate on Process Improvements — Work with the team to review workflows and suggest new ways to improve efficiency and patient care
🔹 Maintain Accurate Records — Keep patient profiles, medication records, and other pharmacy documentation up to date and error-free
