Responsibilities
Registered Pharmacy Technician – Exciting Opportunity in Burnaby, BC - If you love pharmacy, growth, and being part of positive change - you’ll love this team! 🌟

🔹 Take Charge of the Dispensary (60-70%) — Oversee the full dispensing process, including medication preparation, ensuring accuracy, and maximizing your full scope of practice to provide high-quality care
🔹 Coach & Mentor Pharmacy Assistants (20-30%) — Support the training of new Pharmacy Assistants (PAs), provide constructive feedback, and help lead new processes to improve efficiency and team performance
🔹 Support PA with Transfer Calls (5-10%) — Step in to assist with transfer calls when needed, ensuring smooth communication and patient care
🔹 Collaborate on Process Improvements — Work with the team to review workflows and suggest new ways to improve efficiency and patient care
🔹 Maintain Accurate Records — Keep patient profiles, medication records, and other pharmacy documentation up to date and error-free
🔹 Stay Up-to-Date with Pharmacy Regulations — Keep current on changes in regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance at all times
🔹 Contribute to Growth — As the pharmacy expands, you’ll play a key role in adapting to new challenges, offering ideas, and helping the team succeed

✔️ Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC

📋 Detail-oriented and dependable — accuracy is your thing, and you take pride in running a tight ship

💻 Ideally, experience with Kroll — not a dealbreaker, but familiarity with this platform will help you hit the ground running
