Direct-Hire Security: Full-time, permanent position from day one.
FYI, beyond the permanent seat, there is also a 12-month direct-hire contract available if you are only available for 1-year or would like to work in this kind of setting for one year to gain the experience and training before transitioning to something else.
Competitive Compensation: $29.00 to $34.00 per hour (commensurate with specialized compounding experience).
Predictable Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours of either 8am - 4pm, 10am - 6pm or 5:30am - 1:30pm (training would occur on all three shifts initially and then you would settle onto a steady shift - let us know your shift preference and we can work with you and the hiring team!
Great Work-Life Balance: Closed weekends and statutory holidays (only one Saturday per month worked in lieu of stat holidays).

Responsibilities
Registered Pharmacy Technician (Sterile Compounding - Training Provided) - FT, Permanent - Calgary, AB - Healthcare
Aseptically prepare sterile drug admixtures (TPN) following precise technical specifications and quality work instructions.
Assist with order entry, label verifications, production staging, syringe checks, and final packaging checks.
Perform cleanroom decontamination, hood cleaning, and routine equipment maintenance procedures.
Manage inventory maintenance, production staging, and quality assurance monitoring.
Maintain compliance with corporate quality management programs, workplace safety guidelines, and professional code of conduct.
Collaborate daily with pharmacists, cleanroom supervisors, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide occasional, limited phone support to patients under the direction of the pharmacist.
Qualifications

Must-Haves:
High school diploma and a Pharmacy Diploma from an Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) accredited institution.
Active, maintained license in good standing as a Regulated Pharmacy Technician with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (or eligible for immediate registration).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with computer systems and standard office applications.
Ability to work comfortably in a cleanroom setting with minimal supervision.
