Responsibilities
Schedules and coordinates meetings and appointments, including comprehensive meeting preparation and follow-up.
Synthesizes necessary documents and data to support leaders in making informed decisions.
Manages budget analysis, invoicing, and prepares expense claims.
Prepares accurate, timely, and professionally formatted reports, presentations, and documents for rate and non-rate related regulatory applications, audits, reports, and other filings.
Provides support to Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations activities, including tracking and monitoring external events and initiatives, and assisting with related organizational reporting.
Supports annual regulatory compliance activities by tracking and monitoring progress and completion for organizational reporting.
Maintains and manages departmental record-keeping systems in line with recognized records management practices.
Manages daily and monthly invoicing activities.
Utilizes strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize effectively and consistently meet deadlines, breaking down work into manageable steps and orchestrating multiple activities.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, providing courteous and reliable administrative support with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
Adapts comfortably to changing situations and ambiguity.
Identifies and implements innovative and creative solutions to problems with minimal direction.
Exhibits strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Qualifications
Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, political science, business administration, finance, or a related field.
One (1) to three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably within a legal, regulatory, or large corporate environment.
Fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced working knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
Demonstrated skills in word processing, spreadsheet, graphic/presentation, and process mapping software.
Experience with email applications and other types of media (e.g., Smartboards, electronic meeting management technology).
