We're seeking five customer-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to providing high-level customer service to donors and supporters. This is an English-only role starting November 12th.

Salary: $17 per hour
Work: 100% remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST)

Responsibilities
As a key representative, your responsibilities will include:
Answering all incoming calls and performing outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
Providing exceptional customer service to all callers regarding their donations and inquiries.
Accurately documenting all customer interactions using the tools provided by the client.
Handling essential donor account updates, including address changes and mail removal requests.
Managing and resolving escalated calls with patience and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Adhering to the scheduled shifts within the 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST window.
Fluent, professional, and clear English communication skills (written and spoken) — this is an English-only role.
Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role is highly preferred.
Can multitask and work independently.
Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Are comfortable with computer tools (Windows, Microsoft Office) and are a quick learner.

Computer: A PC (Windows 10). Apple products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible.
Internet Connection: A high-speed wired connection (Ethernet cable).
Audio/Video Equipment: A headset with a USB connection and a webcam.
Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free area.
