Reporting to the Supervisor Dispatch and Service, the Repair Technician is responsible to ensure that only top-quality merchandise is sent to our customers. He/she is also responsible for providing courteous service to our clients in the Mississauga region, during on-site in home repairs.

Shift: 8am-430pm
Hours: 40 hours per week
Mon-Friday
Salary- $50k
Role and Responsibilities:
•Assess damages and chooses the appropriate method of repair Fabric and/or Leather furniture;
•Perform repairs and maintenance to Fabric and/or Leather products
•Repair defects such as Leather touch up, mechanisms, Ratchets, Frames, electrical buttons and switches etc
•Provide professional quality in-home service repairs as well as on site repairs
•Daily interaction with customers, management and customer service agents.
Requirements:
•Very good knowledge of Fabric and/or Leather furniture, or construction;
•Previous experience as a Furniture Repair Technician, repaired Fabric and/or Leather furniture;
•Ability to safely set up and operate a variety of furniture repair equipment and uses various hand tools;
•Autonomous and punctual;
•Comfortable with the public;
•Good communication and time management skills;
•Has a valid driver's license;
•Demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail.
This position will require a clear background check and two references
