Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair Caterpillar and other construction equipment in a field service setting
Deliver top-tier service and uphold our Customer Commitment
Collaborate with customers and support sales/service teams
Maintain safe work practices and adhere to site-specific safety protocols
Utilize diagnostic tools and systems such as SIS, ET, and Salesforce
Perform related duties as required
Qualifications
MUST have redseal certification**
Minimum 5 years of experience working on CAT or comparable equipment
Solid experience using Service Information Systems, Electronic Technician, and Salesforce
Self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize safety
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dawson Creek / South Peace Region
Valid driver's license and clean abstract required
Must be able to meet Customer Site Access requirements (Drug, Alcohol, and Fitness screening)
