Responsibilities
-Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, sales performance, and team management.
-Help achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective team coaching and merchandising.
-Provide outstanding customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure every shopper has a positive experience.
-Support the training and coaching of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
-Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, cash handling, and ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and inviting appearance.
-Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
-A strong desire to grow into a leadership role, with natural coaching and mentoring abilities.
-Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal forms.
-Sales skills and a proven ability to meet retail targets.
-Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
-Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
-Ability to climb ladders and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
