You'll be responsible for inspiring your team, hitting sales targets, ensuring top-notch customer service, and keeping the store looking great through current merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities
-Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
-Achieve and exceed sales goals, manage budgets, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to boost revenue and control costs.
-Ensure every customer interaction is exceptional, from a welcoming greeting to efficient problem-solving.
-Manage inventory, uphold visual merchandising standards, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store.
-Report on key metrics, collaborate with district managers, and contribute to overall business strategy.
Qualifications
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
-Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
-Ability to climb ladders and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
-Prior leadership or management experience.
-Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal forms.
-Sales skills and a proven ability to meet retail targets.
-Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
