Responsibilities
Build & Assemble: Construct high-durability rig mats using pneumatic nail guns, drills, and standard shop equipment.
Precision Measurement: Read blueprints or specifications and use measuring tapes to guarantee accurate cuts, seamless alignment, and precise assembly.
Material Handling: Manually lift, position, and transport materials weighing up to 30–40 lbs continuously throughout your shift.
Shop Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Tool & Measurement Proficiency: Demonstrated experience operating power tools (specifically nail guns and drills) alongside strong tape measure reading skills.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable performing light-to-moderate physical labor, including repetitive lifting (30–40 lbs) in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Focused & Dependable: Strong work ethic with a focus on quality craftsmanship, strict adherence to safety protocols, and a collaborative mindset.
