Responsibilities
-Timekeeping: For Room Monitors, diligently monitor the schedule and signal presenters to ensure all sessions and company meetings adhere to strict time limits.
-Logistics Support: Direct attendees to the correct meeting rooms and general sessions, providing assistance and information as needed.
Qualifications
-Excellent Communication: Must have strong verbal communication skills for positive public interaction and clear direction.
-Professional Demeanor: Ability to maintain a composed and efficient manner when handling stressful or fast-paced situations.
-Reliability: Highly reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently
-Basic computer savviness for registration support.
