Command Heavy Machinery: Safely operate rough terrain forklifts to maneuver, load, and unload bulk materials and freight across dynamic outdoor sites.
Streamline Site Logistics: Orchestrate order packing, inventory staging, and truck load-in/load-out processes with high accuracy and efficiency.
Optimize Workspace Workflows: Maintain a clean, secure, and structured operational environment to maximize site safety and throughput.
Execute Cross-Functional Support: Drive key tasks independently or collaborate seamlessly with site teams to hit tight daily operational deadlines.
Who You Are
Proven Operator: Skilled in running heavy machinery and navigating rough terrain vehicles across varied ground conditions.
Adaptable Workhorse: Ready to conquer changing seasonal hours—Winter: M–F (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM); Summer: M–F (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), plus occasional Saturday shifts when demand peaks.
Self-Driven Team Player: Highly reliable with a strong work ethic, equal parts comfortable working solo or aligning with a fast-moving crew.
Target Compensation: Looking for a high-payoff opportunity offering $22.00 – $28.00/hour based on experience.
Advantages
This position offers a competitive hourly rate, bi-weekly pay, overtime pay at 1.5x the regular wage after 40 hours per week, standard vacation pay, and flexible time off with sufficient notice.

Equipment & Tool Proficient: Skilled in operating heavy machinery and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
Physically Capable: Ready to meet the physical demands of dynamic outdoor work, including frequent, heavy lifting throughout the shift.
Driven & Adaptable: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic—equally comfortable taking full ownership of solo tasks or collaborating seamlessly within a team.
Qualifications
Certified Operator: Hold a valid forklift license paired with proven, hands-on experience driving rough terrain forklifts and heavy material-handling equipment.
Safety-First Mindset: Fully committed to personal protection guidelines, comfortable wearing required PPE at all times (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection).
Tool Proficient (Asset): Practical experience operating hand tools and power tools to assist in hardware fabrication and light assembly.
Physically Capable: Built for rigorous outdoor site labor, ready to consistently execute heavy lifting throughout the shift.
