Responsibilities
Monitoring Automations:
Monitor and support production bots across various retail operations including inventory, supply chain, pricing, and finance workflows.
Provide L1/L2 support for RPA bots in production environments, including incident tracking, resolution, and escalation if needed.
Handle bot failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Perform health checks and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Maintain documentation of production incidents, changes, and resolutions.
Track and report KPIs for automation performance via UiPath Insights (success rate, failure trends, response times).
Bug Fixes and CRs
Ability to identify production bot failures, determine urgency and perform hot fixes to the code to ensure minimal downtime for business-critical processes.
Work closely with development teams to fix bugs and deploy code fixes.
Perform bug triage and prioritize bugs/CR backlog based on severity of the issue/s.
API & Enterprise System Integrations
Monitor integration services setup in UiPath orchestrator for all tenants.
Responsible for period review and upgrades to authentication mechanisms for Integrations
Ability to perform POC’s for new integration services that might be introduced by UiPath and or other vendors.
Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps (Azure)
Basic knowledge of Azure could portal
Utilize Azure Key Vault / AWS Secrets Manager for secure credential management.
Utilize Azure containers for updating config files, access process related templates etc.
Leverage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps) to deploy new processes and CRs.
Responsible to collaborate with Infrastructure team/s to manage patching for VMs, target application upgrades to ensure minimal downtime for automations.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and developers to ensure automations in production run seamlessly.
Participate in post-deployment reviews and suggest improvements for operational stability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in RPA, with at least 2 years in UiPath Production Support.
Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot monitoring.
Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, best practices, and exception handling.
Proficient in analyzing logs and troubleshooting in a production environment.
Familiarity with SQL and scripting for support tasks and log analysis.
Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and ITIL processes is a plus.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD) is a MUST.
Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge of MS Power Automate, Power Apps, and how they complement UiPath automation.
Experience supporting automation of retail-specific processes like POS reconciliation, order fulfillment, vendor management, etc.
ITIL certification or experience in a structured incident/change management environment.
Exposure to API integrations, Document Understanding Agentic Ai.
