- As the Manager of Demand Planning, you will be an individual contributor reporting directly to the President. You will take full ownership of the enterprise demand plan and the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cadence. In this role, you will own the weekly, rolling demand plan and lead cross-functional consensus to translate commercial data into a signed-off plan by week, region (Canada/US), retailer, and SKU.
